After the past year I am sure you are all keen to get life back to normal and throw yourself back into our usual CYFC events! Following the Government announcement on 22nd February about the gradual easing of lockdown in England, we have discussed our own gradual easing into our usual busy YF calendar! You will be pleased to hear that we are currently planning our annual Rally for July and following this our charity concert and Summer Ball in August amongst our usual annual competitions and sports leagues. While we finalise our upcoming events, we thought we would give a little insight into what lies ahead for this year!
From 29th March we will be resuming our Football and Hockey leagues and we have plans to start up the Netball league and other sporting events shortly. Stay tuned and our sports secretaries will be in contact with you shortly to update you on the upcoming fixtures. We are currently looking at dates to hold the Football Cup Final, start the Netball Cup, hold our annual Cumberland Sports competition and our rounders tournament, it is our intention to hold all of these events ahead of our proposed rally in July. Please stay tuned and we will provide you with all the relevant details and dates in due course.
It is our intention to complete all of the outstanding Moody Bowl competitions ahead of our delayed Rally in July and as soon as we have received further Government guidance and finalised dates, we will publish more information on this page. Please stay tuned!
