Time: All Sports teams to meet at 6pm ready for a prompt start

Section trophies will be presented once each competition has finished. It is mandatory that all clubs remain for the presentations. The overall winning club will hold the Ray & Jill Brown Trophy for one year.
There will be refreshments provided during the results presentation.
There will be no bar or disco.
All competitors must be a member of the Club for which they are competing and can be over 30 years of age. Please let the below people know if you will or will not be entering teams by Thursday 25th January 2018.
Water polo will not be commencing until 19:20.
There is no limit regarding the number of sports one member can participate in however clubs are reminded if a full team is not present when timetabled to start for any sport as a result of them taking part in other competitions, then the match will start without them.

Members are reminded that the complex will still be open to the public and must therefore be vigilant of their personal belongings.
Six-a-side Dodgeball Knockout:
Games will be fun to the National Dodgeball association rules and the evening will run on a very tight schedule and the fixture list must be adhered to.
Teams of 6 members with at least two male and two female players with a maximum of 2 subs. Please see attached rules. Members compete at their own risk, please see insurance note below.
Five aside Volleyball Knockout:
Games will be played to the below rules. Each team may have five players at least two male and two female players with a maximum of 2 subs. Please see attached rules.
The evening will run on a very tight schedule and therefore the time table must be adhered to.
Each Club to have one lady and one gent, as singles on a knockout basis. If a clubs stipulate they are not entering a team, it is possible for other clubs to enter more than one competitor on a first come first serve basis by Thursday 25th January.
A mixed team of six members (a minimum of two ladies and two gents in each team, the rest of the team can be made up of either ladies or gents).

INJURY, LOSS AND INSURANCE
Sports players should generally insure themselves against loss of earnings due to injury. The organisers accept no liability for any injuries sustained by any competitor or person connected with these competitions or otherwise. The County Policy of Insurance is mainly for public liability and as such gives limited cash reward for injuries which result in loss of time at work.
